Roasted to order
Nothing is roasted until you order it. Your beans are roasted after the order lands and shipped out, usually within a few days.
Whole bean only
Every size ships whole bean. Ground coffee starts losing aroma within minutes, and a burr grinder at home beats anything we could do weeks ahead of you.
Subscribe and forget it
The monthly plan is the same price as a one-time bag, and the 20 lb saves 5% on top. It saves you the reorder either way, and it keeps a steady amount flowing to Riverbank, which is the part that matters at their size. Pause or cancel from your account at any time.
Four roasts, one bean
Light, Medium, Dark, and Espresso are the same green coffee taken to different finishes. Espresso is a medium-dark, built for pressure.
